When It's Hard To Believe

Lord, my mind is a battlefield, my thoughts are all over the place

Lord, how long must I suffer, where is my relief

“Three different times I begged the Lord to take it away. Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.”

Lord, I can barely make ends meet, I don’t know how I’m going to survive

““That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear. Isn’t life more than food, and your body more than clothing? And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith?”

Lord, my heart is broken and I don’t know if I will ever be healed

Lord, I can’t take this anymore

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

Lord, my faith is wavering and I doubt if you can or will do it

““What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.” The father instantly cried out, “I do believe, but help me overcome my unbelief!””

God has given us the answers to all of life’s problems. He has not abandoned us nor has he forgotten about us. We weren’t promised a life without pain, suffering or challenges, but we were promised that He would be with us and get us through them all. With the Lord Jesus Christ we can and will make it! Just keep believing!!!
