Freedom

I once thought that being saved came with no more issues or pain, on the contrary, it comes with more. It gets hard when you no longer go with the grain or with the crowd. Denying the desires of your sinful nature isn’t easy. Thus, being free isn’t something that’s given without work, it’s a literal fight for your life. Every day is full of things that we must face. So, we must put on the whole, not partial pieces, armor of God. With the Lord Jesus Christ and His mighty power at work in our lives, we can be and live free.
Fighting
Relentlessly to
Exit the things that God
Exposes and when He
Delivers me, it
Opens the way for me to
Move forward in all He desires for my life
“So if the Son sets you free, you are truly free.”
John 8:36 NLT
“So you also should consider yourselves to be dead to the power of sin and alive to God through Christ Jesus. Do not let sin control the way you live; do not give in to sinful desires.”
Romans 6:11-12 NLT
“Not that we are sufficient in ourselves to claim anything as coming from us, but our sufficiency is from God,”
2 Corinthians 3:5 ESV
“A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm.”
Ephesians 6:10-13 NLT
“But you, Timothy, are a man of God; so run from all these evil things. Pursue righteousness and a godly life, along with faith, love, perseverance, and gentleness. Fight the good fight for the true faith. Hold tightly to the eternal life to which God has called you, which you have declared so well before many witnesses.”
1 Timothy 6:11-12 NLT
